Staff Qualifications and Training

GDC provides many opportunities for staff to develop and grow within the company.

Listed below are some of the qualifications our employees hold, many of which were undertaken whilst GDC employees.

  • Senior Management – NVQ level 6 Construction Site Management
  • Site Managers – SMSTS
  • Supervisors – SSSTS
  • Drillers – NVQ level 2 Land Drilling
  • Plant operators – CPCS cards for telescopic handlers and 360 excavators
  • All site operatives must have CSCS Health and safety cards
  • Plus various other training accreditations such as face fits, abrasive wheel training, butt and fusion welding courses, first aid and more.
